Roasted Salmon Salad

  • Mixed Greens
  • Roasted Salmon
  • Dill
  • Cucumber
  • red onion
  • cherry tomato
  • lemon scented quinoa
  • sesame seeds
  • lemon wedge

We take our freshly delivered salmon side, top it with salt and pepper and place it in the oven for 20 minutes. We then slice it into 5oz pieces and place those pieces on top of some spring mix fresh greens, add some dill, and quinoa and top it with tomatoes and cucumber. we even throw in a lemon wedge for you to top it all off before adding your favourite dressing. We like our in house green goddess. Yummy.
